Your Order Shipment

Continental United States:

All orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States are sent via UPS ground prepaid. The shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

Only a few items cannot be shipped via UPS ground and additional shipping charges may apply. We have negotiated shipping contracts with several trucking companies and will pass the savings on to you.

International (including AK and HI) Shipments:

Our experience with international shipments is extensive and our shipping staff is available to suggest the best and most economical means of shipping your order. Please e-mail CustomerService@sejati.com for a quote on shipment costs to your area.


Payment Options

SEJATI accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. With established credit, we accept company checks.

If you are a qualified retailer and wish to establish credit, please e-mail CustomerService@sejati.com for information on establishing an account with us.

For international accounts we accept international wire transfers directly to our account. Please contact CustomerService@sejati.com for further information.


Returning an Order

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, e-mail CustomerService@sejati.com for a return authorization number and shipping directions.

All charges for returned merchandise are the reasonability of the purchaser, and must be prepaid. No collect or COD will be accepted.


Receipt of Damaged Shipment

Prior to shipment all SEJATI product are subjected to a rigorous quality control inspection and are packed to conform with carrier requirements.

As additional protection for you, the customer, all shipments are insured.

In the unlikely event your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact CustomerService@sejati.com for instructions within three (3) business days of receipt. Be sure to save all boxes and packing material.
